27J Satellite Bus Facility
Brighton 27J School District tasked our team with the designing a new bus maintenance facility to help support their growing school district and streamline their operations. The building is separated into 2 sections: the north half of the building consists of 2 drive-thru service bays, 1 fleet service bay, and an enclosed automatic bus wash system for the maintenance of the districts school buses and other service vehicles. The south half of the building includes restrooms and breakrooms for the mechanics and bus drivers and administrative staff, as well as offices, a conference room, and a training room.
